The 17th “Lie and Stay Alive” competition was held in 2019.

The 17th unique event “Lie and Stay Alive” bringing together honest people who compete in lying was organized last night by the Haiduk Republic of Mijat Tomić in the crowded restaurant of Hajdučke Vrleti.

There were 9 competitors, top liars from all over the region, running for the title of the best liar and Marinko Šarić Ćurdušić won. This year’s debutant Mario Knezović finished in second place, while Branko Zlomislić-Roko won third place.

Best stage performance: Vinko Perko

Best liar of Krehin Gradac: Darko Pehar Klićo

Best debut performance: Vinko Jurković

An abundance of fun and laughter, an eventful entertainment program with tambourines and raffles with valuable prizes, marked this unique competition in the world.
