The word sommelier comes from French, and its literal translation is the one that serves wine. It is, in fact, the finest connoisseur of wine culture who makes food and wine pairing\u00a0recommendations<\/em>\u00a0for the\u00a0guests<\/em> and serves wine accordingly. Sommelier also takes care of the wine from the moment it is bought, stored, until it is served. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quite simply, I think every wine lover is fascinated by the mere thought of tasting the finest wines with superb food. Hajdu\u010dke Vrleti <\/strong>are certainly one such place.<\/p>Vjeko Luki\u0107<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized that wine categorization and prices should not be overestimated. In saying so, he did not want to say that price does not play a role, because you cannot expect some cheap wine to have superior taste and quality. He stated that you should know what kind of wine you want and what kind of food you combine it with. Logically, spicy food matches stronger wines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As part of the barista training, the Franck team thought it important to emphasize that baristas are essentially coffee sommeliers and, without false modesty, the most elite caterers. Baristas need to be very knowledgeable about raw material, from breeding to coffee processing technology as well as about handling and maintenance of espresso machines to get a satisfying end result – the perfect cup of coffee that will make people happy.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
